Abstract
In this thesis, I detail my 4-year efforts in developing bioinformatics tools and algorithms to
address the growing demands of current proteomics endeavors, covering a range of facets
such as large-scale protein expression profiling, charting post-translation modifications as
well as protein-protein interactions.
