Abstract

iv4j.eu is an EU Erasmus+project with seven partner organizations from all over Europe - Germany, Italy, Ireland, Finland and The Netherlands. FA-Magdeburg GmbH is a private German training company that is in charge of the principal coordinator ship of the project. The partners aim to disrupt the Vocational Education and Training and adult training fields in Europe by forwarding innovative and creative approaches that will make more attractive classes, better employment chances and more active people. The goal is to give the trainers or educators the right tools to create the right environment for students, to thrive both in the classroom and on the labor market.
