Abstract

Two years ago, this Review published a Chronicle of European Private Law over the period 1998-2000. The present Chronicle purports to provide an update to this Survey. It is divided into four Parts: 1. Public measures at harmonisation, 2. Private efforts at harmonisation, 3. The various parts of private law, 4. Legal literature on a nation by nation basis.
