A Model Code on Co-determination and CSR. The Netherlands: a Bottom-Up Approach

Abstract

This article discusses the works council's role in the determination of a company's CSR strategy and the implementation thereof throughout the organisation. The association of the works councils of multinational companies with a base in the Netherlands has recently developed a 'Model Code on Co-Determination and CSR'.
