Abstract
Photoconductivity and photoelectric effects have been established in thin polycrystalline films of β - RbAg4I5. The spectral and the temperature dependence of the phenomena have been studied. The results are interpreted using a model in which ionic processes dominate in the photoconductivity when the exciting photon energy less than 3.2 eV.
