Verdere ontwikkeling van de extended enterprise: Een nawoord

Abstract

This article is only available in Dutch.The extended enterprise is not only concept, but also reality. The papers in the 'Extended Enterprise' special issue described levers and plans of action that can bring or even brought chain collaboration forward. Yet, the extended enterprise has never 'arrived': the dynamics in the chain and its context and environment, practical experience, new theoretical insights, new models, new legislations and more require new strategies and levers. We therefore identify a number of fundamental principles for a permanent extended enterprise.
