Abstract
Many libraries create knowledge bases in order to capture answers for efficient future retrieval, but how profitable such initiatives are depends on the types of questions answered. The presentation and paper both discuss the relation between categories of questions, the practicability of knowledge bases, and the profitability of collaboration on one scale or another.
