Some properties of the relaxation matrix of photoconductors out of thermodynamic equilibrium

Abstract

A three-level model of a photoconductor exhibiting a generation recombination noise spectrum with a local maximum for ω ≠ 0 is presented. In another model it is shown that the relaxation matrix can have complex eigenvalues.
