Abstract
In deze bijdrage gaat Henk Addink in op de Principles of Good Governance op nationaal niveau. Centrale vragen in het artikel zijn: wat is de inhoud van het juridische concept van goed bestuur, welke benadering wordt daarbij gekozen en welke praktische, normatieve consequenties zijn daaraan verbonden?
