Abstract
Organizational effectiveness depends on many factors,
including individual excellence, efficient structures, effective
planning and capability to understand and match context
requirements. We propose a way to model organizational
performance based on a combination of formal models
and agent-based simulation that supports the analysis
of the congruence of different organizational structures to
changing environments
