A Spanish commentry of the Gandolfi Code/ and some other Spanish publications

Abstract

At the end of 2005, a research team of the University of Zaragoza, working under the supervision of Professor Gabriel Garcia Cantcro, published a commentary on the Draft Code ('avant-projet'; in this review: 'Code') of Contract Law of Giuseppe Gandolfi's Academic des privatistes européens ('the Academy'). The Draft was published in 2002.- Together with the Principles of European Contract Law (PECL), the Gandolfi draft has been quoted in the European Commission's 2004 Action plan as one of the main sources of inspiration.
