During the production of the Article Dr Joran Lokkerbol and Dr Iris E.C. Sommer were erroneously omitted from the Author List. Additionally, Affiliation 11 “Centre of Economic Evaluations & Machine Learning, Trimbos Institute, Netherlands Institute of Mental Health and Addiction, Utrecht, The Netherlands” was also erroneously omitted from the original Affiliation list of the Article.
