SAMENVATTING

Dit hoofdstuk behandelt het semantische veld van de woningen; het stelt vast welke kenmerken een rol spelen en wat de hyperoniemen zijn. Met behulp van het materiaal van een jaargang van de Corriere della Sera worden vervolgens de woorden casupola en casale in hun synchrone en diachrone betekenis behandeld.

Questo capitolo tratta del campo semantico dell’abitazione, stabilisce i tratti semantici presenti nel concetto di abitazione e determina quale sia l’iperonimo. Con l’aiuto del materiale di un’annata del Corriere della Sera si descrivono poi il significato sincronico e diacronico delle parole casupola e casale.

SUMMARY

This chapter treats the semantic field of dwellings, it determines the semantic features which define the concept of dwelling and establishes the hyperonym. On the basis of the materials of a year of the newspaper Il Corriere della Sera the article then describes the synchonic and diachronic meaning of the words casupola and casale.
