Abstract

Congenital urological problems vary from highly prevalent entities such as hypospadias or undescended testicles to extremely rare problems such as bladder exstrophy. Urological care usually ends for these diseases when patients reach the age of 18. However, complications in adult life of these diseases are not uncommon. In this article we provide an overview of some congenital urological anomalies with associated risks and subsequent treatment in adult life.
