Abstract
In his most recent book, The City and Its Uncertain Walls, the art of travelling is key to most events. The characters he created throughout the years were developed according to their particular way of travelling. In this most recent work, however, we could even say that it is not so much from this character (which also remains unnamed) but really from the perspective of the city that the book is written. The city is alive.
