Governance of chain systems in a political setting

Abstract

This article is only available in Dutch.The administration of chain systems is an often neglected, but a vital aspect of chain computerisation. The different goals and interests of the organisations involved have to be balanced to get a well-maintained system that is able to cope with changes in the environment. This article describes a model for good governance of Luc Taal, which aims to keep the different interests in balance.
