Abstract
Resonace strengths of selected resonances in the Ep=0.3−2.1 MeV region in the (p, γ) reactions on 23Na, 24–24Mg, 27Al, 28–30Si, 31P, 32, 34S, 35, 37Cl, 39, 41K and 40Ca are compared through relative yield measurements, using targets of many different chemical compounds, each containing at least two of the investigated isotopes. If in a (N, Z) diagram lines are drawn between isotopes connected in the way, one obtaines several closed cycles, providing internal checks on the measured strenght ratios. The final best values of the relative strenghts are obtained by least-squares analysis. The Ep = 621 keV 30Si(rmp), γ)31P resonance of which the strenght is known from a γ-ray resonant absorption experiments, was used to convert the relative into absolute strenghts.
